RCMP watchdog says police mishandled every part of case involving woman later killed - BERITAJA

An independent watchdog says the RCMP mishandled each facet of a lawsuit involving a Nova Scotia female who had reported being sexually assaulted by a neighbour who later killed her.

Susan Butlin was 58 when she was murdered successful 2017 by Ernie Ross (Junior) Duggan, who lived adjacent doorway to her successful the agrarian organization of Bayhead, N.S., on the bluish seashore of mainland Nova Scotia.
