Nova Scotia federal inmate dies 2 weeks into 3-year sentence - BERITAJA

An inmate from a national situation successful Nova Scotia has died, 2 weeks into his three-year sentence.

Correctional Service Canada (CSC) says 65-year-old Dominique Tremblay died connected Saturday while successful custody.

Tremblay was an inmate astatine Springhill Institution successful Springhill, N.S., and began serving his condemnation connected June 12.

“The inmate’s adjacent of kin person been notified,” CSC said successful a release.
