A Manitoba Mountie won’t look charges aft he handcuffed a woman who had been portion of a group that rang his doorbell and ran away.

The province’s constabulary watchdog says the off-duty serviceman successful Brandon, Man., showed questionable judgement aft he chased aft and grabbed the 13-year-old past marched her 4 blocks backmost to her house.

It says the girl, who reported a sore wrist, limb and elbow from the handcuffs, continues to suffer trauma.
