Marine missing after training activity off San Diego is declared dead - BERITAJA

The U.S. subject identified a Minnesota Marine stationed successful Southern California who went missing disconnected San Diego past week, and confirmed his death.

Lance Cpl. Armando Ortiz Canseco was declared deceased Saturday. It is believed he was mislaid astatine oversea aft a training exercise.
