Man accused of killing a kitten, throwing a knife inside Winnipeg apartment - BERITAJA

A man accused of sidesplitting a kitten and throwing a weapon astatine a female successful a Winnipeg flat analyzable is facing respective charges, according to the Winnipeg Police Service.

At about 11 p.m. Saturday, a 43-year-old female heard “the sound of a feline successful distress,” the WPS said successful a news release.

“[The woman] located a deceased kitten successful the hallway and confronted a 40-year-old antheral resident she believed was responsible for the animal’s death,” constabulary said.

The man reacted by throwing a room weapon astatine the woman, according to police. The weapon did not deed her, constabulary said, and upon his arrest, WPS officers seized it from the man.
